Mike Amend on Spencer Wood’s Presentation

I want to thank you for your concrete and practical presentation this weekend.  For those of us who know you need to train the mental side but are unsure how, it was very helpful.  I will implement many things from your presentation with the infielders I work with at Washburn University.  Thanks again for your commitment to bettering athletes around the world!
